Sharjah University Laser Training and Research Center

I'm convinced that Sharjah University Laser Training and Research Center is one of the best dentistry schools in UAE. Using Google search engine, I've tried to check if there are people who are aware of their courses. During my search, I've included the topic of dentistry, especially the use of laser technology. Later on, I found several bloggers and website owners claiming that Sharjah University Laser Training and Research Center or SULTARC is a popular institution in the Middle East region.

There are many courses offered by SULTARC. Here are some of the courses they offered to their students.

Laser Maintenance & Repair lectures runs approximately 16 hours. Includes week-long hands-on workshops for the Laser Repair. It covers laser physics, safety, tissue interactions, power & energy measurements, simple and advanced optics, and the basic system maintenance on the primary laser types including CO2, Ion, Solid State (crystal rods), and Dye laser systems.

Vascular Laser. This three days course provides essential principles of exogenous and Endovenous laser therapy, step by step procedures will be taught. Pre and post operative ultrasonographic investigation of leg vein will be discussed.

Surgical Laser. The aim of this course is to evaluate the rapidly growing use of lasers for laser lipolysis, and to compare the use of the different wavelengths for laser lipolysis in terms of safety and efficacy. Laser lipolysis is an exciting procedure that provides improved patient tolerability, shorter recovery times, and optimal skin tightening.
